Mission Statement
The mission of the Castle Rock, Empire, Eureka and Farmington Enhancement Group shall be to conform and heighten the sense of community by providing opportunities to socialize, educate and reveal the Farmington area’s great offerings.

Vision Statement
C.E.E.F., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, through the operation of community events and other fundraising activities, is intended to promote community involvement and awareness, and optimizes funding support for other local charitable organizations, with the ultimate goal of raising money for future events or Farmington Area improvement projects.
About Us
C.E.E.F Enhancement Group is an organization local to the Farmington area and surrounding townships. We support and sponsor local activities such as the Community EXPO, Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Walk and Rambling River Days. As you plan your charitable giving through the year, consider donating your time, money, or resources right here in the community
The C.E.E.F. Enhancement Group is a non-profit charitable organization
organized under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The corporation's
purpose is to:
1. Rekindle the community excitement and involvement by educating residents
about the rich history of the Farmington area, the availability of community
resources and services and to combat community deterioration, as a way of lessening
the burden on government.
2. To celebrate the Farmington area's heritage, diverse growing population, and
it's civic pride by planning and promoting community celebrations and events that
serve and benefit the entire community, including city and township residents.
3. Cooperate with other persons, associations, or organizations having similar
purposes; and such other facilities or programs as may, from time to time, be
appropriate to the accomplishment of this corporation's charitable purposes.
4. No part of the activities of this corporation shall be for carrying on
propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation; nor shall the
corporation participate in, or intervene in any political campaign or on behalf of
any candidate for public office.
